Terms of Service

Welcome to Maison Moya Bruxelles. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.maison-moya.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"Maison Moya Bruxelles", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cosino Company Limited unless the context requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on the Site you must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a legally binding contract, and located in a country we ship to.

3. Products & pricing

All product descriptions, dimensions, materials and photographs are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Slight variations in color, finish and dimensions may occur due to the artisan nature of some pieces and to display calibration. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or description and to limit order quantities.

4. Orders & payment

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the items selected. Your order is confirmed only once we have sent you an order confirmation by email. Payment is processed at checkout via the secure providers listed (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times, costs and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel.

6. Returns & refunds

Our return and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy. For European Union customers your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is preserved in full and applies regardless of the location of the seller's legal entity.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, product designs, logos, video and graphic elements, is the property of Cosino Company Limited or our licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity on your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@maison-moya.com of any unauthorized use.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of habitual residence. In particular:

  • European Union consumers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (Directive 2019/771/EU).
  • Belgian, French, Dutch, Luxembourgish, German and other EU consumers additionally benefit from local consumer-protection laws that take precedence over these Terms where applicable.
  • United Kingdom consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • United States and Canada consumers retain rights under applicable state or provincial consumer-protection laws.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosino Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of your use of the Site or the products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms when such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemic, government restrictions, strikes or carrier failures.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections you enjoy under the laws of your country of habitual residence. European Union consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state in which they reside.

13. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. EU consumers may use this platform to resolve disputes related to online orders. You may also submit complaints to us at contact@maison-moya.com for first resolution.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order is the version applicable to that order. We will indicate the last revision date below.
