Products & presentation

We aim to describe dimensions, materials, colours, fittings, and intended use accurately. Screen settings, hand-finished materials, and natural or botanical variation can cause small visual differences. Check the product page before ordering and use a qualified electrician for wired lighting. We may correct genuine content or pricing errors.

Prices, currency & taxes

The store displays the currency associated with the selected country or market. The final item price, available delivery method, taxes, duties, and any other charge collected by Maison Moya are shown before payment. Where import charges are not collected at checkout, the carrier or local authority may request them on delivery.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We send an order acknowledgement after checkout; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailability, an obvious error, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, or a delivery restriction. If payment was captured, the cancelled amount is refunded. Payment methods and any provider-specific conditions appear at checkout.

Delivery

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Indicative processing, delivery, tracking, customs, and delay information is set out in our Shipping & Returns page. Product-specific pre-order or made-to-order lead times take precedence.

Returns, cancellation & refunds

Maison Moya offers a 90-day commercial return window from delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Return Policy. This does not limit the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for eligible EU distance purchases or any other mandatory local consumer right.

Damage, conformity & warranty

Inspect the parcel after delivery and contact us promptly about damage, a wrong item, or a defect. Maison Moya products include a 24-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. The remedy depends on the issue and does not reduce any statutory guarantee of conformity or other mandatory right. See our Warranty page.

Permitted use & intellectual property

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, scrape it unlawfully, introduce malicious code, or use its content to mislead others. Maison Moya names, copy, photographs, graphics, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

Liability & events beyond our control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. We are not liable for delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and keep you informed.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. EU consumers can find recognised dispute-resolution bodies through the European Commission consumer-redress portal. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer in service.

Changes to these terms

The version displayed when an order is placed governs that purchase. We may update these terms for future use when our services, practices, or legal duties change.
