Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase. Every parcel is tracked. Orders normally dispatch within 1-3 business days.

Times are indicative business-day estimates after dispatch. Peak periods, customs checks, severe weather, or an incorrect address can cause delays.
Processing & tracking
Orders normally leave our fulfilment partner within 1-3 business days. As soon as the carrier accepts the parcel, we email you a tracking link. Pre-order or made-to-order lead times shown on a product page take precedence.
Customs & duties
Taxes or import duties are shown at checkout where Maison Moya collects them. If they are not collected at checkout, the carrier or local authority may request payment on delivery. Check the checkout summary before paying.
Returns at a glance
You have 90 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Prepaid return labels are provided for eligible EU returns and for damaged or defective items. For other international returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive business days after dispatch, or if your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@maison-moya.com with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
