Refund policy
You have 90 calendar days from delivery to request a return. This commercial return window is in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under local law.
What can be returned
The item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Assemble or handle the product only as reasonably necessary to check it. Customised, made-to-measure, and personalised items cannot be returned once production has started, except where they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email contact@maison-moya.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for approval and the return address before shipping anything. Returns sent to another address may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is free within the European Union when you use the eligible prepaid label supplied by Maison Moya. For returns from outside the EU, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Your bank may need additional time to display it. Original expedited-shipping upgrades are not refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Maison Moya covers the appropriate return, replacement, repair, or refund.
EU and UK consumer rights
For EU customers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully protected. UK and other customers retain the mandatory consumer rights applicable in their country of residence. Our 90-day commercial policy does not reduce those rights.
